Tun Emul 9 is installed on a Citrix server. Users have the client on their machines. A user will start up a Tun Emul session to use an application, then switch to some other application on their machine (e.g. Word, Excel, etc). After trying to make the Tun Emul session active again by clicking on the window, they are unable to enter any data, as if the keyboard or the window is not recognized.
Does the TWImode option in the appsrv.ini file have anything to do with this or is there something else have to be changed to solve this?

It's possible that the software revokes access to its interface if you switch to another application. This could be a bug or a security prevention implemented by the developer. Since there is no information about it, I recommend on using the Tun EMUL the whole time you have business with it. Alternatively, re-install the application because this could also be a bug in the application.
